I had a terrible experience at the hotel. The air conditioning vent in my room was broken, making loud, banging noises all night. Despite requesting a room change, they claimed no availability, leading to a sleepless night. The free breakfast area was dirty with trash under the sofa bed. I won't stay here again and have even contacted Hilton to express my dissatisfaction.
